Gross has been approved to build the new subdivision which is intended to provide housing for teachers, firefighters, policemen, and other people that are in that income range. All of Camden County has grown so much in the past 3 years and the prices of homes, while affordable compared to Jacksonville, FL (our southern neighbor) and Brunswick, GA (our northern neighbor), are still significantly higher than they were just 3 short years ago.
