Kingsland GA Real Estate News

Kingsland, Georgia, March 28, 2007 - The city has just approved a new project for affordable homes on Highway 17 North.  W.H. Gross has been approved to build the new subdivision which is intended to provide housing for teachers, firefighters, policemen, and other people that are in that income range.  All of Camden County has grown so much in the past 3 years and the prices of homes, while affordable compared to Jacksonville, FL (our southern neighbor) and Brunswick, GA (our northern neighbor), are still significantly higher than they were just 3 short years ago.  Having a new subdivision with affordable homes will be a welcome opportunity for that income segment.  To see homes currently for sale in Kingsland, Georgia, visit our site at http://www.royal-skies.com and search our listings or sign-up for your own MLS account.
